Infrastructure and Road Projects
Civil infrastructure projects, including renovation of the Aydın Kuşadası water supply, sewage, stormwater networks, and urban transportation roads; Kırklareli Kofçaz natural gas main line service roads; and Ankara OSTİM sewage system, were completed.

Mass Housing Projects
Mass housing projects consisting of a total of 3400 units were completed for Izmir Metropolitan Municipality. In addition, the Altıngüvercin project, consisting of 210 residences in Aydın Kuşadası, and villa projects, comprising a total of 132 units in İzmir Foça and Aydın Kuşadası, were constructed.

Energy Facilities
All infrastructure works, switchyards, and wastewater treatment plant for the İzmir Naturalgas Combined Cycle Power Project (1580 MW) and Bursa Naturalgas Combined Cycle Power Project (1432 MW) were completed.

First International Contract
FEKA’s first venture in international contracting was with UK Works Group Royal Engineers in Afghanistan. Our work continued in Afghanistan for approximately 15 years, which led to FEKA’s current international construction position.
2008
First Step into Africa: Libya Projects
FEKA expanded its international contracting experience into Africa with the construction of the “Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics” at Tripoli University and the “General Purpose and Chemical Substance Warehouses.”
2009
First Contract with NATO
FEKA’s first project with NATO was the construction of a “Blast Mitigating Perimeter Wall for the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) headquarters” in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Hotel Construction
FEKA expanded its construction experience into the Hospitality market sector with the construction of the 5-star Blue Moon Hotel in Bodrum, Türkiye.
2015
Dam Project
FEKA commenced construction of Afghanistan’s first dam and hydroelectric power plant in many years. The project, financed by KfW, a German state-owned investment and development bank, is in Faizabad, the capital of Badakhshan Province, in the northeastern region of Afghanistan.

First Project in Europe
FEKA expanded its geographic reach into Europe with the construction of the “Accommodations at Camp Film City” project in Kosovo under a contract with the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA).

Design/Build/Restore Airfield Operating Surfaces
FEKA undertook restoration and design/build construction projects of airport taxiways, aprons, and runways at NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) military bases in Kabul, Jalalabad, Mazar-i Sharif, and Kandahar provinces in Afghanistan.

Among the World’s Largest Contractors
For the first time, FEKA was included in the “World’s Top 250 International Contracting Companies” list published annually by the Engineering News Record (ENR). FEKA ranked 215th.

Energy Investment in the Balkans
FEKA Energy, a FEKA subsidiary, entered the field of wind energy in Albania with three projects. Upon completion, these investments will make a significant contribution to Albania’s energy sector and sustainable energy projection.

Year for Continuity in Growth
With new projects in Croatia, Lithuania, and Germany, FEKA increased its presence in Europe. Projects include seismic retrofitting, restoration of historical buildings, and the construction of ammunition depots and power plants.
